  • What actually market needs

  • Why they need this thing?, what makes them sure they need it?

  • Create few alternatives and decide if you want to upgrade competition product or you want to disrupt!

  • Ask young people, but keep in mind what decision makers will say

Do your research about your competition technology

  • Check what was their technological limitation

  • Why they’re designed like this. Don’t assume they don’t have time, money or enough creativity. There is a reason, you need to find it

Hide your design from your engineers, show them nothing. They will tell you it’s impossible or close to impossible

  • Bring outside design crew, show them what clients want

  • Show design crew, what your engineers prepared

  • Ask them to ignore it, let them think as they want

  • If you have a lot of money for development you can go without any compromise

  • If you need to compromise designers and engineers, always always say that design it’s much more important!
